Franc D'Ambrosio

Our sensational season opener, Franc D’Ambrosio earned the title “The World’s Longest Running Phantom” and – with the success of his 3 year, 150 city, sold out tour in his one man show “Franc D’Ambrosio’s BROADWAY” – he has joined the ranks of the famed Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman , as one of the handful of Phantom alumni to successfully crossover into a flourishing solo career. Frank Ferrante

Frank Ferrante IS Groucho. The award-winning actor/director/playwright recreates his PBS, New York and London acclaimed portrayal of legendary comedian Groucho Marx in this fast-paced performance with the best Groucho one-liners, anecdotes and songs. The audience literally becomes part of the show as Ferrante ad-libs his way throughout the performance in grand Groucho style. Accompanied by his onstage pianist, Jim Furmston, Ferrante portrays the young Groucho of stage and film and reacquaints us with the likes of brothers Harpo, Chico, Zeppo and Gummo, Charlie Chaplin, W.C. Fields, Greta Garbo, Marx foil Margaret Dumont and MGM's Louis B. Mayer.

Black Irish Band

The Black Irish Band, also known as the Hooligans of Jamestown, have a musical style that is as timeless as the rugged landscape of the west, a tribute to the people whose lives were spent building the world we now take for granted. The band has a large compliment of traditional maritime and railroad music, as well as Irish, Italian and American ethnic tunes in their repertoire. The strong vocals and up-tempo instrumentals breathe new life to old songs and present original material with a distinctive flair. The bands musical style captures the spirit of the immigrants of this land, the men and women who tamed the Wild West.

Everything Fitz

The Fitzgerald Family Band, from Bancroft Ontario, features some of the finest young fiddlers and dancers in the country. The sounds of the East Coast, French-Canadian, Texas-style and Old-Time are combined with Ottawa-Valley style step dancing to bring you a high energy and heartwarming performance.
Everything Fitz was the “Best Showcase Act” at the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions at the 2005 Convention in Quebec City. Individually, the young Fitzgeralds have won countless awards in both fiddle and dance. This is another ‘not to be missed’ Bandon Showcase offering.
